Can you compare against our current cleaning quote?
Yes. Share your current price, billing period, visit frequency and what is included, if you have them. We compare the same scope and flag differences such as supplies or periodic work. A walkthrough helps us confirm a tailored price; we do not promise an automatic discount.
What if I don’t know our square footage?
An estimate is helpful, but you can select “Not sure”. We can confirm the cleanable area, room counts and floor types together during a walkthrough.
Can cleaning happen outside our business hours?
Tell us your preferred service window, including evenings or weekends. We will confirm a workable schedule, access arrangements and lock-up responsibilities before service starts.
Are supplies and washroom consumables included?
We agree this in your quote. Cleaning tools and chemicals are separate from consumables such as paper, soap and bin liners, so you can see who supplies each item and what is included.
Do you clean homes?
Crestwell focuses exclusively on commercial spaces. This site and quote process are for business premises and commercial property managers.
What happens after I request a quote?
Your request is saved with a reference number. Arash or Amisha can follow up using the contact details you provide to clarify your needs and arrange a walkthrough. Your final quote sets out the scope, frequency, supplies and price before you decide.
